1. Overview
Welcome to Pluglulu.
Pluglulu is operated by Product Supply Solutions Pty Ltd (“Pluglulu”, “we”, “us” or “our”), located at 15–17 Lackey Street, St Peters NSW 2044, Australia.
Pluglulu develops and provides software applications and related services for Shopify merchants, including EzyWait and other applications that we may introduce from time to time (collectively, the “Services”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pluglulu website, our Shopify applications and related Services.
By accessing our website, installing or using a Pluglulu application, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Services.
2. Eligibility and Shopify Account
Our Shopify applications are intended for merchants who operate or administer Shopify stores.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to install and use our applications on the Shopify store with which they are connected.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for activity performed through your store.
Your use of Shopify is also subject to Shopify’s own applicable terms and policies.
3. Our Applications
Pluglulu provides applications designed to assist Shopify merchants with specific store functions.
For example, EzyWait allows customers to join a waitlist for unavailable products and enables merchants to manage waitlists and send back-in-stock notifications.
Features may be added, changed, improved or discontinued as our applications develop.
We aim to keep our Services available and operating reliably, but we do not guarantee that any Service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
4. Subscriptions, Free Trials and Billing
Some Pluglulu applications are provided on a paid subscription basis.
Where a free trial is offered, the applicable trial period and subscription price will be displayed before you approve the subscription.
Paid Shopify app subscriptions are billed through Shopify’s billing system and are subject to Shopify’s applicable billing terms and processes.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions continue until cancelled.
You can uninstall an application through your Shopify Admin. Uninstalling an application will stop future app subscription charges in accordance with Shopify’s billing rules.
Prices and subscription plans may change from time to time. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain approval for changes in accordance with Shopify’s requirements and applicable law.

Our applications may process information necessary to provide their functionality.

Shopify may also process information in connection with your use of Shopify and our applications. Shopify’s processing of personal information is governed by its own privacy policies.
7. Data Following Uninstallation
